Monoblock means the filling machine integrates washing machine, filling machine and capping machine in one frame. The driving system will be transmitted step by step which makes the speed more stable.

 

The Monoblock filling machine will be made basing on:

1, the production capacity per hour

2, bottle type: plastic bottle, glass bottle or another

3, cap type: plastic screw cap, aluminum screw cap or another

  Features:

Washing part	the washing clamping is change to the magnetic due to tin can has the magnetism
Filling part	filling valve apply the piston type filling valve, which make the liquid level more precise the valves are stainless steel 304 no bottle no filling filling level can be adjusted
Capping part	there is anti-rotary blade to fix the bottle without moving the capping torque can be adjusted

A4: We provide our high quality machine 2 years guarantee , and we will also offer you 2 years wear-out spare parts for free. Once your machines broken or doesn't work within 2 years and you can't solve it, firstly, we will try to help you to find problems from your words description by phone or other communication tolls. Secondly, if the phone solutions still not work, our engineers will go to your factory to solve it. Meanwhile, they will teach you the related experiences for fixing.  

Delivery time:
30 days upon deposit and approval to the bottle drawing.
 Payment term:
For machine: 30% T/T deposit within five days after the contract is signed against invoice of the seller. The balance of 70% will be paid before shipment.
Guarantee:
We response for 12 months warranty for the machine, however, it without any human conduct. And provide one-year free spare part for client.  And send engineer to client's company, help install the machine, teaching their staff operate the machine and also, we do have a private school which help our client sending their staff to china, help them training.
