PLC controlled 375ml glass beer bottle filling machine
The idea for designing the filling machine:
1, Suitable for filling beer: there is CO2 inside the beer while fermentation. It should have enough pressure to push inside the tank of filling machine;
2, Anti-foaming: there is foam occured while filling beer due to CO2 inside the liquid. We will apply sets of anti-foaming system to make the beer flow slowly into the tank of filling machine with less and lesss foam.
3, Automation: to save the cost labor, some customer choose the automatic machine filling machine for his production line. We apply the PLC and touch screen with well-known brand as well as another electric parts including contract, relay, power etc.
4, Hygiene issues: Some factory has the environment requirement. We have the solutions:
4.1, there is cover outside (front, back, right, left side) the washing, filling, capping station. The top can be added if necessary;
4.2, UV lamps or air filter can be installed on top of the cover for making better filling envrionment;
4.3, The best solution is to make a cleaning room outside with air conditioner, blower, filter, UV etc. just like a small room. And the operator need to be cleaned before entering the room.
