Description:
High pressure homogenizer is a special equipment of the liquid material thinning and high pressure transportation.
The machine consists of homogenization system, transmission system, lubrication cooling system and frame. In working, through the reciprocating motion of the plunger, the single-valve core and valve seat of the pump opens and closes, and form high pressure liquid flow inside. when passing through the tiny gap between the homogenization valve, the high pressure liquid flow receive the action of composite force of high speed impact, grinding, shear, hole and turbulence flow, etc. and realize the fine emulsification and crushing efficacy.
Homogenization granularity can be up to: 0.1~2μm.

Structure and characteristics
1. The graceful exterior of machine adopts stainless steel wire drawing normal pattern card packing, which has reached pharmaceutical GMP authentication standard.
2. Pressure control adopts two-stage mechanical pressure regulating. easy to regulate, safe and reliable.
3. Drive system
The machine consists of horizontal type and vertical type. The drive system is composed of one-stage belt type and two-stage type with special speed reduction driving adopted three-plunger and multi-plunger respectively. Dynamic lubrication device consists of pressure oil pump lubricating system and auto-splash lubrication. driving system cranked axle is made of antifriction ball alloy cast iron under precision work, at the same time ,on the surface of cranked axle adopts international advances laser external quenching process, the surface hardness is HRC55-60,due to netting thread formed, good lubricating status shall be improved enormously and kept, thus, useful life shall be extended
4. made of high-quality stainless steel forged, the pump adopts straight type tee joint structure, which can prevent internal stress from being accumulated, as well as avoid crazing.

Service:
We will provide whole drawing for bottle mould. Free charge for design on the mould. We can help you install the machine; from setting machine, testing, and to check the machine is on the good working condition. The buyer pays the round air tickets and 80usd as salary per person per day.
Delivery time:
30 days upon deposit and approval to the bottle drawing.
Payment term:
For machine: 30% T/T deposit within five days after the contract is signed against invoice of the seller. The balance of 70% will be paid before shipment.
Guarantee:
We response for 12 months warranty for the machine, however, it without any human conduct. And provide one-year free spare part for client. And send engineer to client's company, help install the machine, teaching their staff operate the machine and also, we do have a private school which help our client sending their staff to china, help them training.
After sales service:
We will solve the problem by phone first ,and send the spare parts by DHL,Or if you need engineer in your factory ,you need pay travel expenses; hotels, airfares, meals and ground transportation and any other expenses related to installation and training at customers facility.
