Description:
1. The glass bottle beer filling machine is used in production of beer drink packed in glass bottles with crown cap.
2. Washing, filling and capping parts are integrated in one machine, 3 in 1 type monoblock.
3. One machine is suitable for same bottle diameter but different bottle height.
4. The machine is full automatic with PLC touch screen as the human-machine interface, speed sleeplessly adjustable as your need. The operation interface is with English operation, easy to
operate. We can also make the language as your need.
5. All the main materials are high quality of stainless steel 304 material, meet with the food grade.
6. The filling pressure is balanced pressure, all the filling valves are special beer filling valves,
with high filling precision.
7. The machine is with the vacuum pumping function, to guarantee the beer flavor in bottles.
8. The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle.
When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available, the machine can be
stopped automatically.
9.The production capacity can be displayed digitally and can be adjusted conveniently.
Main parts:
1. Bottle washing part:
Spring cramps are used in the bottle washing process.
The empty bottles can be turned over 180~ along the conveying rail.
There are two times of internal and external washing, the efficiency of bottle washing is high.
2. Bottle filling part:
The beer filling machine is designed with advanced technology.
The high quality of NanQing beer filling valve is adopted for filling the beer, with fast filling speed,
high filling precision, stable filling function, long life span to guarantee the quality.
The amount of liquid is accurately controlled and the dropping and leakage are avoided.
3. Bottle capping part:
The crown cap pressing system is used for crown cap sealing. It is with automatic cap sorter,
cap loader, and cap sealing pressing head.
4. Cap lifter
As the customer's need, the filling machine is made with automatic cap lifter for easy lifting caps
into the cap sorter, then which will save a lot labor to put the caps into the cap sorter up the sealing part.

3.Quality assurance

If there is any different between the furnished equipment in the customer's factory and the equipment concerned in the contract, the users have the right to pass the inspection book to the legal department to claim for compensation to our company within goods warranty period.
