Bottle sorter description
Themachineis used in ordering disordered polyester bottles. The disordered bottles are carried into the bottle storage section by bottle elevator. With the help of the pushing force of the rotating disk, the bottles enter their position. With the function of the turning bottle device and the air-flow the bottles are ordered into bottles stand-up-position and are carried into the next process with the air-transfer type conveying system.
The machine adopts PLC computer control production capacity is adjustable. The automatic eliminating device will effect when distortion bottle found. 
 
Features:
 
1) Main motor reducer adopts torque limit structure, avoiding damaging the machine when error happens;
 
2) Adopt twice put-up unscrambling structure, ensuring bottle in every bottle-falling position and improving bottle out feed efficiency;
 
3) Adopt neck-holding air conveyor, avoiding bottle falling;
