Production flow chart:
1, Sugar melting pot
- It melts sugar into syrup through electrothermal tube
- Low maintenance rate

There are various agitator options of stainless steel mixing tank: impeller type, Anchor type, Turbine type, High shear type. We could produce stainless steel mixing tank both for food grade and chemical industries.
3, Double filter
The double filter is used to filter various solids or colloids in the liquids, such as chinese medicine, western medicine, fruit juice, syrup, milk and beverage etc. Two filters can be used interchangeably, also can be cleaned without stopping working.
4, Drink chiller
The tank contains compressor using Freon F-12 as refrigerant, and pressure sensor and temperature regulator for automatic controlling. It is corollary equipment for aerated water and sparkling wine making industry.
5, Drink mixer
QHS series of drink mixers, which are developed on the basis of advanced similar technologies abroad, are mainly applied to mixing water-syrup-CO2 in drink industry. It is the most advanced equipment for making of carbonated drink in this field at present. There is a set of advanced water-gas mixing device as part of the machine.
