Description
This series of machines integrate washing, filling and capping in one unit, can be used for different kinds of fruit juices and tea hot drink production. With only a few parts changed, the machine can also be used for mineral water filling. The advanced micro-negative pressure filling technology is used in this machine to make the filling is quick, steady and accurate. The beverage feedback system is well designed, the gas can be fed back separately, has no contact with beverage reduce the second time pollution and oxidation. This machine can meet all the technical requirements for hot drink filling below 95°c. All filling valves and beverage conducting pipes can be cleaned. And the automatic washing interface CIP is designed in the machine before capping. The RO water washing device is used to wash the bottle mouth to keep mould away from the bottle mouth. Magnetic torque is used for screw capping, the power of screw capping can be adjusted stepless. It can use constant power to screw capping the plastic caps. The human machine interface is the touch screen. The most advanced PLC control and frequency changing technologies are used in this machine. The cap feeding system can be controlled automatically, the filling temperature can be detected automatically. Alarm system for the over heat of the beverage. The filling will be stopped when the beverage temperature is too low and the beverage will flow back. When no bottles and caps are available, the machine will be in waiting state, and no caps will be applied.

- Washing part: There is enough water pressure to clean bottles. And the washing water is from the RO system, it is purified water.
- Filling part: Adopted micro-negative pressure filling, and filling speed is quick, steady and accurate.
- Capping part: There is a set of automatic lid arranging device to drop into cap rail to make accurate capping. The capping system will automatic delete the opposite caps.

30% T/T deposit within five days after the contract is signed against invoice of the seller. The balance of 70% T/T before shipment

- Installation & adjustment
After the equipment are arrived at the customer's site, the customer is responsible for unpacking and arranging the equipment according to the placement drawing; and does under our install-adjust technicians' guidance. Costs of the staff are decided at last.
- Training
- We are responsible for offering the technical training to user. The training content includes the structure and maintenance of the equipment, control and operation of the equipment. Through training, users' technical staff can grasp and the skill of operation and maintenance proficiently, and deal with the general troubles in time. We will appoint qualified technical staff for the guidance.
- The buyer can send staff to our company for learning.
3.Quality assurance
- We guarantee the goods offered are brand-new, not used, with latest design and suitable material made, and we guarantee the specification of the equipment is consonance with the contract.
- We guarantee the line achieve product technical performance indicators within 5 days after feeding operation through the correct guidance of the installation and commissioning.
- We are responsible for the fault and damage of the production line caused by our design, technology, manufacture, installation, adjustment and material defect etc. that all belong to our responsibility.
- The warranty period is 12 months after acceptance check of the production line. If there is any different between the furnished equipment in the customer's factory and the equipment concerned in the contract, the users have the right to pass the inspection book to the legal department to claim for compensation to our company within goods warranty period.

Offer 12 months maintenance period to the problem that caused by our design, manufacture and the material quality, and offer the relevant parts and effective service for free for above reason. We will offer a widely and favorable technical support, after service all the time after guarantee period.
