The soft drink filling machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the interface between human and machine.The amount of the drinks in the drink tank can be controlled automatically.The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle.When bottles are cramped wrongly or caps are not available,the machine can be stopped automatically.

Bottle Washing Part
The stainless steel grasp will hold the plastic bottle neck and turn 90 degree. There are two steps in this part, one for washing and one for dripping before entering to filling station.
There is enough water pressure to clean bottles. And the washing water is from the RO system, it is purified water.

Filling part
The machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen. The amount of the drinks in the drink tank can be controlled automatically. The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. When bottles are cramped wrongly or caps are not available, the machine can be stopped automatically.

Capping Part
This is the new design of the capping part. The capping part is the whole system and running more stable which our engineer apply the patent. The bushed inside the cam is adopted IGUS brand which can freely maintain. The caps will be reverse in advance before capping tightly.
There is a set of automatic lid arranging device to drop into cap rail to make accurate capping. The capping system will automatic delete the opposite caps.
