Milk filling machine:
This is a monoblock filler - capper designed specially for bottle long milk in HDPE / PET bottles using PUNCH type push on caps. The filling tank has NON DRIP valves which ensure filling under near aseptic conditions. The machine has the following add on features"
1. UV lamp sterlization for empty bottles on infeed transfer rotor.
2. Complete provision for CIP using dummy caps, which permit tank sanitation using saturated staem.
3. UV lamp sterlization for caps inside the elevator ground level hopper.
4. Fill tank and fill valves processed from SS316.
5. Machine basic frame, rotor housings are processed from SS304.
