 Mixing Juice Plastic Glass Bottle Hot Filling Packing Machine with Ce UL Certifiate

1) The glass bottle juice filling machine is used in production of non-soda drink of fruit juice packed in glass bottles.
Washing, filling and capping are integrated in one machine.
 
 2)  The most advanced technology from Japan and Germany is employed in the design. The gravity fixed liquid surface filling is used. The filling is fast, the amount of liquid is accurately controlled and the dropping and leakage are avoided.
 
  3) Spring cramps of the bottle juice filling machine are used in the bottle washing process. The empty bottles can be turned over 180~ along the conveying rail. There are two times of internal and external washing, the efficiency of bottle washing is high.
 
 4) The magnetic torque is used for screw capping. The power of screw capping can be adjusted without steps. The power of the screw capping can also be fixed, and the caps will not be damaged, the capping is reliable.
 
 5) The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the human-machine interface. The amount of the drinks in the storage tank can be controlled automatically. The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available, the machine can be stopped automatically.

6) The frequency changing technology is used to adjust the operation speed steplessly. The production capacity can be displayed digitally and can be adjusted conveniently.
 
7) The bottle juice filling line is set with a juice return tank system to guarantee the filling effect and juice temperature.





Detailed parts

	Bottle Washing Part The stainless steel grasp will hold the plastic bottle neck and turn 90 degree. There are two steps in this part, one for washing and one for dripping before entering to filling station. There is enough water pressure to clean bottles. And the washing water is from the RO system, it is purified water.
	Filling part Adopt hot filling method. There is an air return pipe inside the filling valve to control the filling level; Such filling method is the easiest way of filling machine. Adopted micro-negative pressure filling, and filling speed is quick, steady and accurate.
	Capping Part This is the new design of the capping part. The capping part is the whole system and running more stable which our engineer apply the patent. The bushed inside the cam is adopted IGUS brand which can freely maintain. The caps will be reverse in advance before capping tightly. There is a set of automatic lid arranging device to drop into cap rail to make accurate capping. The capping system will automatic delete the opposite caps.
