Main description:
1) The juice filling machine is used in production of non-soda drink of fruit juice packed in glass bottle-twist off cap.

4) The juice filling machine is set with 2m bottle inlet conveyor and 4m bottle outlet conveyor.
The conveyor adopts the energineering plastic chain, heat resistant, conveyor width 82.6mm,height 1150-1200mm adjustable with support.
5) The juice filling machine is with bottle feeding screw to guarantee the feeding speed and function, to avoid the bottle down.
6) Nylon spring cramps are used in the bottle washing process, which can avoid the damage to bottle. The empty bottles can be turned over 180~ along the conveying rail. There are two times of internal and external washing, the efficiency of bottle washing is high.
7) Nylon material dial wheel and guide plate is used to drive the bottle from washing part, to filling and capping part.
8) The special capping head is used for twist off cap capping. The power of screw capping can be adjusted without steps. The power of the screw capping can also be fixed, and the caps will not be damaged, the capping is reliable.
9) The juice filling machine is set with twist off cap auto cap sorter and lifter to replace the manual put the caps.
10) The juice filling machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the human-machine interface. The amount of the drinks in the storage tank can be controlled automatically. The machine will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available, the machine can be stopped automatically.
11) The frequency changing technology is used to adjust the operation speed steplessly. The production capacity can be displayed digitally and can be adjusted conveniently.
12) The juice filling machine is set with a juice return tank system to gurantee the filling effect and juice temperature.
13)The juice filling machine is set with a vacuum pump to pumping the air in the filling tank as customer's need.
