85 degree hot juice filling machine with recycling system
 

Introduction & Features
a) 5 in 1 machine structure: Specially customize for pulp juice; Three steps of washing bottles (cleaning agent, hot water, pure water);

b) There is a mixing motor on top of liquid cylinder to mix the pulp juice to avoid block the filling valve;

c) All electric parts are adopted well-known brand or customize;

d) Different PET bottles can be used in same unit without changing parts basing on the same bottle necks;

e) The material is adopted high quality stainless steel 304 or 316;

f) The juic filling machine can bear the 85 degree juice after pasteurizing;

g) For fresh juice, there will be a recycling system applied in the filling machine for keeping the juice temperature and filling valve blocking.
