NEW CROWN Automatic 3 in 1 Water Filling Bottling Machine

The machine is mainly used in the beverage filling fields. The two functions of bottle filling and sealing are combined into one unit. The whole process is automatic. The machine applies to the filling of juice, mineral water and purified water in PET or glass bottles. The machine can also be used in hot filling if being installed with temperature controlling device. It is suitable for various shaped bottles.

The filling process is faster and more stable because the micro pressure filling operation of the new type is adopted. The capacity of the machine is higher than common machines. The advanced programmed controller(PLC)is adopted to control the machine to run automatically while a transducer is used in the bottle-entering chains to adjust speeds and coordinated with the transducer of the main machine to make the operations of moving bottle forward steadily and reliably.

It is convenient to operate with higher automation because every part of the machine is inspected to run with photo electricity. On the bases, the filling parts of the machine can be changed to make it suitable for low vacuum filling. The filling category of lower vacuum(Z type machine)is applicable in glass bottles, filling alcohol, soy and such like materials. The aluminum theft proof cap and plastic cap can be adopted. The machine is ideal equipment for beverage makers.

1. The series water filling machine is made as our customer's need, high filling speed for mineral water, drinking water, can share one machine with several PET bottles. It's used in producing all kinds mineral water, drinking water, non-gas drink contained in PET bottle. It adopts the normal pressure filling technology.
 
2. Washing,filling,capping can be carried out on the same machine. The design of the machine is scientific and reasonable.

6. Pneumatic value and damped gears are used for bottle conveying, the noise is low and the whole machine runs smoothly.
 
7. The magnetic torque is used for screw capping.The power of screw capping can be adjusted without steps. The power of the screw capping can also be fixed. The caps can not be damaged, the capping is reliable.
 
8. Horizon swirl air power caps sorting device is used to avoid damagining the surface of caps,and when there is a shortage of caps in the caps storage tank,an alarm signal will be generated and the caps will be fed automatically.
 
9. The water filling machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the interface between human and machine. The amount of the drinks in the drink tank can be controlled automatically. The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. When bottles are cramped wrongly or caps are not avaliable, the machine can be stopped automatically.

Main Parts

3 in 1 inner part	The equipment is used in production of non-soda drink of mineral-pure water packed in polyester bottles. Washing, filling and capping are integrated in one machine.
Washing part	Spring cramps are used in the bottle washing process. The empty bottles can be turned over 180~ along the conveying rail. There are two times of internal and external washing, the efficiency of bottle washing is high.
Filling part	Adopt normal pressure filling method. The amount of the drinks in the storage tank can be controlled automatically. The filling will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle.
Capping part	The capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available, the machine can be stopped automatically.
