--Nylon material dial wheel and guide plate is used to drive the bottle from washing part, to filling and capping part.
Filler:
--The 3 in 1 filling machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the human-machine interface. The amount of the drinks in the storage tank can be controlled automatically. The 3 in 1 filling machine will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available, the 3 in 1 filling machine can be stopped automatically.
--The 3 in 1 filling machine is with bottle feeding screw to guarantee the feeding speed and function, to avoid the bottle down.
