Description
1.This rotary Carbonated drink filling line is specially designed by our customer's specific requirement, it's mainly contains the automatic bottle washer, bottle filler, bottle capper, used to filling gas-containing drink, such as aerated water, cola sparking wine and so on.
2. The Carbonated drink filling line could be used separately or connected with the production line, labeling and packing line.
3. The whole filling line is suitable for same bottle diameter different bottle height, easy to adjust. When with different bottle diameter, only needs to set with some extra bottle change parts to share, easy to change.
4. The machine main adopts the high quality of SUS304 material, meet with GMP standard, has long lifespan.
5. It is advanced in construction , steadily in performance, safe in operation , easy in maintenance high in production efficiency, and the speed can be regulated infinitively.
The filler is the ideal choice for drink factories of small and middle size .
6. The Carbonated drink filling line is automatic with electromagnetic speed-regulator, speed adjustable.
7. The Carbonated drink filling line is rotary with 12 washing heads, 12 filling heads, 1 capping head. All the filling valves are with famous brand of NanQing valve, has better filling precision and stability.

Bottle Washing Part
The stainless steel grasp will hold the plastic bottle neck and turn 90 degree. There are two steps in this part, one for washing and one for dripping before entering to filling station.
There is enough water pressure to clean bottles. And the washing water is from the RO system, it is purified water.

Filling part
The machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen. The amount of the drinks in the drink tank can be controlled automatically. The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. When bottles are cramped wrongly or caps are not available, the machine can be stopped automatically.

Capping Part
This is the new design of the capping part. The capping part is the whole system and running more stable which our engineer apply the patent. The bushed inside the cam is adopted IGUS brand which can freely maintain. The caps will be reverse in advance before capping tightly.
There is a set of automatic lid arranging device to drop into cap rail to make accurate capping. The capping system will automatic delete the opposite caps.
