1. Description:
This 20000L/H RO pure water treatment line is made as our customer need, used to filter the raw water to pure water for drinking or bottle filling or beverage making use.
It can filter the river water, lake water, river water, dell water, city water etc, the filter level is made different as customer's real water quality.
Every machine has the every function and connects one by one with stainless steel 304 pipe and valve.
Almost all the machines are made with stainless steel 304 mateiral, meets with the food grade.
Machines is controled automatically, easy to operate.
2. The whole line main contains the follow parts:
1). Raw water tank--used to storage the raw water for next use, SUS304 material,single layer.
2). Raw water pump-- provide the pressure to silica sandfilter/active carbon filter.
Water conveyor pump-convey the water to the next machine.
3). Quartz Sand filter-- get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid and so on.
4). Active Carbon filter--Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter and so on.
5). Ion exchanger--Used to remove the calcium and magnesium ions and other ions in water to get soft water.
6). Ion rebirth device--After using for a period of time, the absorption impurities of resign close to saturation.
7). Micron filter--prevent any deposition of large Particles, most of the bacteria, and viruses into the RO membrane, The accuracy is 5um, for holding back any large particulates such as large iron, dust, suspended matter, impurity.
8). Water buffer tank--Used for water buffer action.
9). RO system--RO system is the main part of pure water treatment plant. The RO membrane's desalt rate can reach as high as 99%, it is capable of removing over 99% of ions, bacterias, particles and 98% of organic. It adopts the imported Hyde filter membrance and FRP filter membrance shell.
10). Water storage tank--Used for storage the pure water from RO
11). Ozone sterilizer or UV sterilizer--For killing the organism bad to health
12). Aseptic water tank--Used to storage the puried water for filling or other use.
