Packing Case Filling Machine:
The machine is mainly use Pneumatic equipments, electrical as auxiliary working method; Itisinsmall overall size and nice apperance, low power consumption. It is working stabelly and operated easilly. Conveyor is drived by rodless cylinder produced by TPC-Korea.
(1)Bottle graspper
According to different bottle shape, bottle graspper is specially designed, 2 suits of air bag style graspper head, no injury to bottles;
(2)Bottle graspping
Bottler grasping is drived by double trip cylinders, that means thers is designed height difference for bottle grasping area and box filling part;
(3)Conveyor machine
Bottle grasping suit and grasping elevtor is drived by conveyor machine, going bettweenbottle grasping area and box filling area, drived by rodless cylinder produced by YSC-Korea.
(4)Auto bottle devider
Controlled by mini motor, devide incoming bottles in 4 ways, avoid stuff and jam efficiently, enhance working efficiancy;
(5)Conveyor
Drived by asynchronous motor, according to different request, use conducer and contacter to control, will applyauto bottle supply, auto bottle arranging, auto carton supply and auto box out;
(6)Bottle grasping suit
2 suit of grasping devices, each with 750ml-12bottles, distance devided by cylinder drive;
