2 in 1 juice filling machine for Tin can
Description
The 2 in 1 can filler and sealer is developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing advanced technology introducing from abroad and is with international advanced level. It is mainly used for filling non-gas containing drink in tin cans, such as water, juice, juice with pulp, milk, tea and so on. The filling way is normal pressure. It adopts the automatic PLC touch screen control system, and the speed can be regulated forever as customer requirements within the scope. It is set with 12 filling heads and 1sealing heads. The filling valves are adopted special for filling juice and pulp. It adopts the high quality of stainless steel 304 material, meets the requirements of food grade. It is full automatic and advanced in construction, steadily in performance, safe in operation, easy in maintenance, high in production efficiency. The filler is the ideal choice for drink factories of small and middle size.
Working process:
After get through the power and juice source, touch the touch screen to start the main machine, cans after washing come through the chain conveyor to the can filler and sealer, when can face to the filling position, it run into the rotary cam and raised by the cam to the filling mouth, the filling valve goes into the can, then filling machine inducts the machine to filling the juice and pulp. After turning a round and filling juice reaches a level, cans will go down by cam falling, and go out through the outing wheel, at last they will be conveyed to the can sealer by the chain conveyor for sealing, since the juice contains the pulp, so there will be add a mixing function in the filling liquid tank with motor driving up on the top, to get uniformly juice and pulp.

Machine frame, machine base, sealing door, filling hydraulic cylinder, electric magnetic speed control system, liquid pipe, one speed regulator motor, one liquid pump, one set can feed and coming out wheel, one set conveyor track and chain conveyor, 18 pieces filling valve.
