PET bottle blow molding machine is used to blow bottles from PET perform which can be bought directly from the market.
We will help to design the bottle shape basing on clients' requirement before making bottle mould. We will suggest the preform weight basing on the bottle type.
Application: Food, oil, carbonated drinks, mineral water, alcohol, medicine, chemical etc;

Auxiliary machines will be needed:
1, HP air system: it is mainly used to blow bottles;
2, LP air system: it is mainly used to control the mechanical movements;
Machine types:
Type A: 2 cavity blowing machine; there are two bottles out of the bottle mould; the capacity will around 1800-2000BPH;
Type B: 4 cavity blowing machine; there are four bottles out of the bottle mould; the capacity will around 3800-4000BPH
Type C: 6 cavity blowing machine; there are six bottles out of the bottle mould; the capacity will around 5800-6000BPH

Service:
We will provide whole drawing for bottle mould. Free charge for design on the mould. We can help you install the machine; from setting machine, testing, and to check the machine is on the good working condition. The buyer pays the round air tickets and 80usd as salary per person per day.
Delivery time:
30 days upon deposit and approval to the bottle drawing.
Payment term:
For machine: 30% T/T deposit within five days after the contract is signed against invoice of the seller. The balance of 70% will be paid before shipment.
Guarantee:
We response for 12 months warranty for the machine, however, it without any human conduct. And provide one-year free spare part for client. And send engineer to client's company, help install the machine, teaching their staff operate the machine and also, we do have a private school which help our client sending their staff to china, help them training.
After sales service:
We will solve the problem by phone first ,and send the spare parts by DHL,Or if you need engineer in your factory ,you need pay travel expenses; hotels, airfares, meals and ground transportation and any other expenses related to installation and training at customers facility.
