Machine Parts

1.Washing part
The stainless steel grasp will hold the plastic bottle neck and turn 90 degree. There are two steps in this part, one for washing and one for dripping before entering to filling station.

2.Filling part
Adopt gravity filling method. There is an air return pipe inside the filling valve to control the filling level; Such filling method is the easiest way of filling machine.

3.Capping part
This is the new design of the capping part. The capping part is the whole system and running more stable which our engineer apply the patent. The bushed inside the cam is adopted IGUS brand which can freely maintain. The caps will be reverse in advance before capping tightly.

2. Bottle from 200-2000ml with same bottle mouth is avaliable to one machine, don't need any bottle change part, easy to share and operation.
3. The machine is monoblock with bottle washing, filling capping parts, 3 in 1 machine, with 24 washing heads, 24 filling heads, 8 capping heads, more convenient to use.
4.The bottle pure water filling machine is full automatic with PLC touch screen control system, speed is adjustable.
