Linear type auto 900B/H gallon bagging machine
Usage:
This gallon bagging machine is used to make the plastic bag or film on 5 gallon bottle to finish the packing, it's widely used in gallon water filling production line, especially the big capacity production line.
Features:
Here the capacity is 900B/H, it's with linear type, weight bearing type, chain type, easy to operate. Compare with manual bagging, this gallon bagging machine is with high speed and efficiency, which wil save a lot of work labor.
The main material is high quality of stainless steel 304 material, meet with the food grade, has longlife span to use.
Operation process:
1) After installation, get through the power, then the full filled and cap sealed gallon bottle will come to the gallon bagging machine through the conveyor.
2) When 5 gallon bottle is under the gallon bagging machine, the machine will catch the gallon neck and go ahead one by one through the chain rotation, during the gallon bottle moving time, worker manual make the bag to gallon bottle from bottom to up and make it well. Then do as this one by one.
