Description:
The automatic beer filling line is mainly used to filling beer drink into glass bottle-crown cap.
It main contains the automatic bottle washing machine, bottle filling machine, bottle capping machine.
They are connected with the conveyor for operation.

(1)Automatic bottle washing machine:
The rotary bottle washing machine adopts advanced technology and is developed combining the condition of our country. The equipment is mainly used to clean the new empty plastic bottles or glass bottles with clear water for every beverage. It adopts continuously spraying and washing method, with 12 washing heads. It has high efficiency and good washing result. It is applicable to difference size of bottle, and it also has the advantages of a wide range of easy to operate and easy maintenance. It's perfect equipment in the production line of beverage industry.
(2) Automatic bottle beer filling machine:
This automatic bottle beer filling machine is developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing advanced technology introducing from abroad and is with international advanced level. It is mainly used for filling beer in glass bottle. The filling way is balanced pressure, it all adopts the special beer filling valves for filling, with high precision. The speed is adjustable with electromagnetic speed regulator. It is made with vacuum pumping function to pumping the vacuum from the full filled bottle, to guarantee the flavor and warranty of beer.
(3)Automatic bottle crown cap capping machine:
The automatic bottle capping machine is designed for sealing glass bottle with crown cap, press cap. It is designed with six sealing heads with speed 0-1500BPH.We can make the machine speed fixed or adjustable as your need. It main has the automatic function of cap sorter, cap loader and cap pressing sealing. It adopts the high quality of stainless steel 304 material, meets the requirements of food grade. It is perfect in performance, reliable in operation and easy in maintenance. It could be used single or connected with the production line.

1.Training

2.Quality assurance

We guarantee the line achieve product technical performance indicators within 5 days after feeding operation through the correct guidance of the installation and commissioning.
We are responsible for the fault and damage of the production line caused by our design, technology, manufacture, installation, adjustment and material defect etc. that all belong to our responsibility.
The warranty period is 12 months after acceptance check of the production line. If there is any different between the furnished equipment in the customer's factory and the equipment concerned in the contract, the users have the right to pass the inspection book to the legal department to claim for compensation to our company within goods warranty period.
3.Warranty
Offer 12 months maintenance period to the problem that caused by our design, manufacture and the material quality, and offer the relevant parts and effective service for free for above reason. We will offer a widely and favorable technical support, after service all the time after guarantee period.
