Description: 

1.The series soft drink filling machine is made as our Russia customer's need, high filling speed for carbonated gas drink, sharing one machine with several PET bottles. It's used in producing all kinds of soda drink, soft drink, carbonated drink, gas drink contained in PET bottle. It adopts the banlanced pressure filling technology.
 
2. Washing,filling, capping can be carried out on the same machine.The design of the machine is scientific and resonable.
 
3. The soft drink filling machine appearance is beautiful and the function is complete. The operation and maintenance is convenient. 
 
4. The soft drink filling machine adopts advanced technology and NanJing valves, with high filling precision.The speed of filling is fast and the liquid amount is controlled accurately,with same filling level.

8. Horizon swirl air power caps sorting device is used to avoid damagining the surface of caps,and when there is a shortage of  caps in the caps storage tank,an alarm signal will be generated and the caps will be fed automatically.
 
9. The soft drink filling machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the interface between human and machine.The amount of the drinks in the drink tank can be controlled automatically.The filling and capping will be stopped automaticlly when there is no bottle.When bottles are cramped wrongly or caps are not avaliable,the machine can be stopped automatocally.
