This mineral water treatment plant is made as our customer need, used to filter the raw water to mineral water t be drinkable for bottle filling with some minerals which is good to health.
It can filter the river water, lake water, river water, dell water, city water etc, the filter level is made different as customer's real water quality.

2. The whole line main contains the follow parts:
1). Raw water tank--used to storage the raw water for next use, SUS304 material,single layer.
2). Raw water pump-- provide the pressure to silica sandfilter/active carbon filter,convey the water to the next machine.
3). Quartz Sand filter-- get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid and so on.
4). Active Carbon filter--Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter and so on.
5). Micron filter--prevent any deposition of large Particles, most of the bacteria, and viruses into the RO membrane, The accuracy is 5um, for holding back any large particulates such as large iron, dust, suspended matter, impurity.
6). Hollow super ultra filter- used to filter the raw water for mineral water or beverage.
It adopts dissymmetrieal semipermeable film which is made from macromolecule material with special process. The raw liquid flows under pressure, inside or outside the film. The macromolecule substance and colloid particles in the raw liquid are clogged at the film surface and are brought away by circulating raw liquid. Then the liquid becomes inspissated, and further more, the substance in liquid is separated.
7). Ozone sterilizer or UV sterilizer--For killing the organism bad to health
8). Mineral water tank--Used to storage the filtered water for bottle filling.
