1.Plastic recycling washing machine is applied in PP/PE waste film,bottle or sheet recycling field.
2.Through crushing, washing and dry process, the waste will become to be small flakes. The flakes are widely used in plastic industry, like sheet, and profile production.
3.The clean flakes can be used to produce the PP strap band, granules, transparent film and sheets, etc. The top class flakes can be used to bottle preform injection.
4. recycling machine can be designed on the basis of how dirty the flakes are, and make sure of the quality of the final products are very clean.
5. recycling machine output we can supply is from 500kg/h to 3000kg/h.
6.We can also produce the plastic pipe extrusion line,plastic profile extrusion line,wood plast composite extruion line,plastic recycling granulation line.

Work Processing
Option1Belt conveyer → Crusher → Hot washer 1 → Friction washing machine → Hot washer 2 → High-speed friction washing machine → Rinsing tank→ Dewatering machine → Blower dryness system → Storage hopper → Finished product packing
Option2 Belt conveyer → Crusher → Hot washer 1 → Friction washing machine → Hot washer 2 → High-speed friction washing machine → Rinsing tank→Squeezing pelletizer→ Storage hopper → Finished product packing

Delivery time:
30 days upon deposit and approval to the bottle drawing.
Payment term:
For machine: 30% T/T deposit within five days after the contract is signed against invoice of the seller. The balance of 70% will be paid before shipment.
Guarantee:
We response for 12 months warranty for the machine, however, it without any human conduct. And provide one-year free spare part for client. And send engineer to client's company, help install the machine, teaching their staff operate the machine and also, we do have a private school which help our client sending their staff to china, help them training.
